We are so happy you found us! We look forward to teaching you all about amphibians and ways YOU can save them.
SAVE THE FROGS! is the world's most effective amphibian conservation organization. Our mission is to protect amphibian populations and to promote a society that respects and appreciates nature and wildlife. We work in California, across the USA, and around the world to prevent the extinction of amphibians, and to create a better planet for humans and wildlife.
Since 2008, SAVE THE FROGS! staff and volunteers have held over 1,800 educational events in 62 countries to inspire, educate and empower people like you to protect and care for amphibians. SAVE THE FROGS! has created, restored and protected habitat for threatened amphibian populations; spearheaded successful local, state and federal governmental actions on behalf of amphibians; and otherwise educated millions of people worldwide about amphibians.
As we continue our work to counteract the massive harm being done to frog populations, your financial support is more crucial than ever. Please support our efforts by donating, volunteering, becoming a member, spreading the word and purchasing some eco-friendly merchandise from our Gift Center. Together we can SAVE THE FROGS!
SAVE THE FROGS! is very happy to announce that we are giving away a FREE ecotour! What's the catch? There is no catch! Entry is completely free. All you have to do is visit our Ecotour Sweepstakes Entry Page and enter to win the trip of a lifetime.
SAVE THE FROGS! International Campaigns Coordinator Michael Starkey photographed this Red-Eyed Treefrog (Agalychnis callidryas) in Costa Rica. Michael and I led the inaugural SAVE THE FROGS! Ecotour (in Belize) in 2013. Michael and I will be leading the inaugural SAVE THE FROGS! Costa Rica Ecotour this July. It will be my fifth trip to Costa Rica; I hope to see you there!
